Remote patient monitoring lends itself well to reduced environmental impact through at-home device use, fewer trips out of the home for hospital and in-office visits, and more. At Accuhealth, we hold ourselves responsible in all communities where we operate and are committed to positively impacting our communities and our planet.

Reducing Environmental Impact

  • As of 2023, Accuhealth is 95% more eco-friendly compared to our competitors in the health services space.

  •  Accuhealth’s AWS Carbon Footprint from October 2020 to date stands at just 5.9 metric tons. However, following the deployment of Evelyn 3.0, we have observed a significant reduction from ~1.9 metric tons per month to just 0.03 metric tons.

Current Initiatives

  • Accuhealth has reduced its carbon footprint and continues to do so, thanks to the dependability of our devices and our e-waste initiative.
  • We have reduced our shipping emissions by implementing and committing to sea freight over air freight shipping.
  • We encourage LEED certification and promote the ongoing reduction of energy usage throughout our facilities, while actively limiting unnecessary device returns.

Ruby's Rainbow

Ruby’s Rainbow is dedicated to providing college scholarships for students with Down syndrome, spreading awareness of their capabilities, and supporting their dreams of higher education and independence. Accuhealth is proud to support this organization as they help make those with Down syndrome achieve their post-secondary education goals.
