He holds an honors degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from Queen's University.

John Kalivas is an accomplished executive-level technologist with over 25 years of experience specializing in healthcare technology. He has held leadership positions such as Vice President of Engineering Product Delivery at Sandata Technologies, where he demonstrated expertise in product innovation, development, strategy, and transformation. John's leadership has been instrumental in driving technological advancements and delivering impactful solutions in the healthcare sector. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and is known for his strategic vision and ability to lead cross-functional teams to success. Drew Kearney is the Chief Strategy Officer at Tellihealth, where he leads long-term growth initiatives that combine innovative technology with compassionate, patient-centered remote care. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of health policy, value-based care, and digital health, Drew has deep expertise in chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM).
He co-founded Signallamp Health in 2015 and served as CEO for a decade, building one of the industry’s first high-touch, high-tech CCM models. Under his leadership, the company achieved sustainable growth and was recognized twice on the Inc. 500 list, including a #250 ranking in 2021.
